Currently, we don’t have a way to measure any progress in the Internal Panth. That’s why we should start tracking contributing actions using tokens that Sikhs can generate by taking constructive steps towards a specific Panthic priority.

The root cause of our Panthic fragmentation and disunity is Padh-Shed of Gurbani. With every single word of Gurbani separated from its original united form of Larivaar, it’s no surprise that our Panth mirrors exactly that and is fragmented at every level.

To effectively serve our Guru Sahib Ji, we must first identify what is Guru-Centric and internal to the Panth. Then, we need to separate it from everything else that is external and beyond our direct decision-making.

Every year at the beginning of June, we experience the traumatic memories of 1984, but in the subsequent weeks no constructive outlets are offered to turn our trauma into Sewa for internal growth of the Panth. Unfortunately, this is how we fail to respond to destruction with construction.

No matter how much passion, dedication, or effort you may have for the Panth, the perpetual crisis mode that we are in is extremely demoralizing and debilitating. In such state of crisis, how can you protect and nurture your potential and effectively contribute to the Panth?

Why is that despite having abundant resources, our community can’t make the best out of its potential? We lag even on basic structures needed for any community to thrive. Unless we address what affects our Panthic Karma, we will never succeed.
